COVID-19 Health, Safety & Flower Delivery Update
Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19, we expect to continue to deliver the same level of service and excellence to our customers. We are here to serve you and continue to operate safely and effectively.
At Frank C. Quinn Florist & Decorators, we want to assure you that we are taking every precaution possible to ensure the health and safety of our clients and employees.
The safety of our valued clients and staff is our top priority and we've adjusted our business practices to ensure we follow all CDC recommendations and local guidelines. Although the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by fresh products like flowers. Still, we remain vigilant in working to ensure safety remains our top priority.
AT THIS TIME WE ARE AVAILABLE FOR CURBSIDE PICK UP, PHONE ORDERS, INTERNET ORDERS, AND CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES TO ENSURE WE ADHERE TO PROPER SOCIAL DISTANCING POLICIES. OUR PHONE LINES ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK TO ASSIST YOU!! THANK YOU!!
Specific steps we have taken to protect our staff and customers:
Daily disinfecting of all facilities including doorknobs, countertops, phones, keypads, tools, and equipment.
Disinfecting delivery vehicles at the end of each day.
Elimination of the “hand-deliveries” requirement. Drivers will notify recipients of delivery and leave the arrangements at the door.
Pick-up orders will be delivered curbside.
Nursing homes and hospital deliveries will follow the protocol set by the facility.
Our retail store IS open for in-person shopping and curbside pick-up orders. Our store is cleaned and disinfected regularly and all customers are required to wear a mask. We will be happy to provide a disposable mask for anyone that needs one.
